eFuels Ramp-up Potentials: The Way Forward to Create a New Industry.

By the Green Mobility Magazine in partnership with the eFuel Alliance. A new study by the eFuel Alliance, developed with Porsche Consulting, argues that the debate over e-fuels in Europe should shift from technological feasibility to industrial deployment. In an interview with the Green Mobility Magazine, CEO Ralf Diemer said the report assesses the global potential of e-fuels and their role in the European transport sector, focusing on volumes, timelines and costs. “When we started with the eFuel Alliance back in summer 2020, the number of companies seriously pursuing e-fuels was small. Squaring the Circle: Aviation Innovation in the Decisive Decade

Every time I fly into Dublin and watch the coastline appear through the clouds, I am reminded of how much this matters.

Far less attention is paid to the mobility and logistics infrastructure that allows force to move, endure, and regenerate. This analysis argues that sustainable mobility has become one of Europe’s most consequential defence enablers, directly translating strategic autonomy into operational readiness. European defence capability is usually assessed through force structure, procurement, and spending levels. Yet recent conflicts have reaffirmed an older strategic truth: logistics, energy access, and mobility infrastructure determine operational endurance. The war in Ukraine has exposed the fragility of fuel-dependent supply chains and the decisive value of resilient transport systems. Against this backdrop, sustainable mobility must be understood
