The European Commission has released a revised draft Delegated Regulation that would significantly expand the scope of the EU Union Database (UDB) to trace liquid and gaseous renewable and recycled carbon fuels (RRCFs). After a series of delays, the draft will be examined by Member State experts during a meeting of the Commission’s Expert Group on Renewable and Low-Carbon Fuels on 13 June.
