About the Author
Giles K Bailey is an insightful thinker about business and societal challenges and the resulting need for organisational change. This is particularly in the transport sector as well as the wider public sector. The basis for this experience is his 20-year career at Transport for London (TFL) and in consulting in North America, Europe and Africa. He now applies this knowledge in his role as a Director at Stratageeb Ltd, in areas such as strategic and innovation advice to businesses ranging from digital start-ups to multi-nationals, as well as public sector organisations, universities and local authorities. He also delivers university lectures, speaks at conferences and has written dozens of articles on mobility for clients in the global transport press.
Giles has an academic background in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering: Transportation, as well as a diploma in Marketing.
He is a member of the Institute of Transport Engineers (USA), the Professional Engineers of Ontario (Canada), the Transport Planning Society (UK), and a Fellow at the Royal Society for the Arts (UK).
